Therapeutic Yoga
yoga assumes that each person is unique and that we need to understand the individual's current condition, needs, and personal potential, and then appropriately apply the yoga techniques to aid them. some issues for which yoga therapy can be helpful: low back, shoulder, or hip pain, sciatica, high blood pressure, constipation, ibs, asthma, arthritis, anxiety, and depression, just to name a few.
Craniosacral Therapy
stephanie has been practicing craniosacral therapy (cst) since 2003. craniosacral therapy is a light touch modality where her hands are placed on your body as she "listens" and waits for the restrictions to release - sometimes causing a ripple effect while other restrictions release as well. craniosacral therapy is very helpful for conditions such as headaches, back pain, joint pain, tmj, and past trauma
Reiki And Holistic Journaling
holly makimaa is passionate about the mind-body-spirit connection. she is certified in reiki levels i & ii and has been studying holistic healing modalities for the last 10 years. holly has completed a graduate certificate in theological studies and has taken graduate courses in pastoral studies and pastoral counseling

stephanie has been practicing massage for 10 years. her area of specialty is pregnancy massage in which she has received advanced training. she also offers therapeutic and hot stone massage. her technique integrates deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release and stretching for bodywork that is specific to each individual's needs

sherri hillman is an r.n., massage therapist, and certified eden energy medicine practitioner and has been studying and practicing holistic health for over 20 years. her passion and specialty is energy kinesiology, which is an umbrella term for modalities such as touch for health and donna eden energy medicine, which use muscle monitering to assess energy imbalances
